This project
was completed for a leading property investment and management company, dealing
with more than 8000 properties segmented under single family real estate. They control
real estate portfolios of personal equity funds, providing a vertical spectrum
of services varying from property obtain to lease or sale management.
The ineffectiveness
of manual business processes and the instantaneous need to range up due to a
growing client base forced them to think of a software solution. Their requirement
was to improve and automate key company operations effectually creating them
more effective. Although a leading property management software was inducted
into the environment, the solution didn’t really blend with their culture as it
primarily catered to multi-family real estate requirements and couldn’t really
fill the gaps for their business. The company had to rely back on old excel
sheets to handle multi-million dollar dealings and manage several manual operations
and issues.
